This Islay Single Malt from the Caol Ila Distillery has been bottled at cask strength by Woodrow's of Edinburgh at 57.1%

The Refil PX Hogshead Cask gives this Islay malt the Smoke and sweetness all rolled into one.

A simply sublime Dram

Nose: Maple Syrup, bacon, sweet smoke, star anise, almonds.

Palate: Oily with salted meat, warm pineapple ginger sponge and winter spices.

Finish: Dry with herbal notes and bitter dark chocolate.
