The Islay Whisky Club are delighted to present our first exclusive bottling, a fantastic PX Moine (peated Bunnahabhain) from whisky specialists Woodrow’s of Edinburgh, limited to just 37 bottles!
This powerful, deliciously peppery and peaty Bunnahabhain, finished in a sweet and fruity 1st fill Juan Pino Jerez PX Sherry blood tub has created a marvellously unique dram.
Demerara sugar, vanilla and cloves hit the nose and spiced chewy sweet fruits, soaked in treacle tantalise the palate.
Bottled at cask strength 58.6% this smooth flavoursome dram has a medium to long finish which takes on herbaceous notes, enticing you to take another sip!
