Charred Hazelnuts, dusty peated malt\/grist, Burnt sage, rosemary, oily fishing ropes, tar and creels. Crushed seashells and heather smoke. Touches of fruits – quince and apple peel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePalate: \u003c\/strong\u003eAt 57.1% it delivers! Very powerful with sharp citrus, heather honey, stewed apples, minerality – salt and wet slate. Some smoked ham, anchovies and capers in brine.
