CThis UK Exclusive Caol Ila Single Malt Scotch Whisky was distilled in 2013 and matured for 13 years in a rejuvenated hogshead, with only 212 bottles released at 54.9% ABV. Featuring artwork by @KMGYEAH, this non-chill filtered and natural colour expression showcases Caol Ila’s signature coastal character with a vibrant twist. The nose combines crisp green peppers, jalapeños, guindilla chillies, pickled walnuts and preserved lemon with creamy notes of banana, vanilla custard and condensed milk. On the palate, smoky BBQ embers, smoked butter and fresh oyster shells meet a lively, balanced sweetness, while the long finish delivers warming spice, herbal vermouth notes and dry woodcutting tones for a clean, sophisticated close.
