This Mannochmore, independently bottled by Murray McDavid, was distilled in 2008 and filled into a single hogshead. It was then finished for 2 years in pedro ximénez casks from bodega Ximénez-Spínola, just west of Jerez de la Frontera, before bottling in 2022 at 13 years old at cask strength non chill filtered and free from atrifial colouring.
