Colour - Côte de Provence Rosé
Nose - pomegranate, Turkish delight, fennel seed
Palate - Red grapes, haribo strawberries, spiced oranges.
Finish - pink grapefruit, stewed rhubarb, white pepper.
The label is Barbie pink to celebrate how fabulously pink the whisky is.
Why we did this. We had a cask and a half of Tamnavullin, there's not much we could do with half a cask and we'd just picked up this super juicy port pipe that needed filled.
