Combining 32 cognac casks together after 6 year maturation, previously sourced from tonellerie Bossuet, each individual cask plays an important part in the final vatting.
Each cask captures its own degree of flavour but when brought together, a wonderfully rich, herbaceous sweet spice can easily be identified. The maritime Kilchoman peat smoke shines through.
The Kilchoman spirit works wonderfully well when experimented in these different cask types, Lovely depth of flavour along with the Kilchoman lingering peat smoke makes for a delightful combo.
