Growing up on the Isle of Harris, the scents of the island are entwined in my memories. Home baking, old fashioned sweetie jars from the village shops, machair flowers, sea air and peat smoke. This whisky carries that sense of place ~ butterscotch and cherry Bakewell notes, rich caramel and warming spices, and a long, creamy finish with lingering Hebridean peat smoke. A true taste of home.
