We use a blend of Scottish whiskies, alongside local blackberries and Deeside honey, all sourced from a local master beekeeper – then sealed with beeswax. Each bottle of Haroosh contains at least 50 berries and our bees have to travel 4500 miles to collect enough honey for every bottle. Finally we add Deeside Water from Pannanich Wells outside Ballater. Haroosh has a Gold from the Global Spirits Masters blind tasting awards.
Tasting Notes
The Nose
Sweet honey is obvious, almost overpowering all other aromas. Subtle redcurrants and oak.
The Palate
Sweet, smooth, fruity and delicious!
Perfect Serve
Fabulous as a Hot Toddy, with prosecco as a Haroosh Royale or in a Bramble with eeNoo.
