A super 21-year-old vintage Balblair released by independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail as part of their MacPhail's Collection, a series of bottlings that were discontinued in 2018.Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet and delicate with vanilla with hints of honey combined with delicious apricot, green apples with hints of toasted malt.
Palate: Yet more sweetness with a creamy hint with fresh fruits - banana and raspberries with marzipan flavours are all complemented nicely by hints of heather and honey.
Finish: Medium length and like the palate with a creamy texture as sweet honey lingers.
