Aberlour Speyside Whisky is made from local spring water from the Ben Rinnes and locally sourced barley from the fields that surround the distillery.  This single malt is matured in two different casks: American oak and Spanish sherry, their rich flavours infuse the whisky overtime.  After 14 years the spirit in both casks are married to achieve just the right balance and depth of flavour.  Deep amber with honeyed gold in colour, with aromas of sweet vanilla and ripe cherry.  The taste is round and smooth, with soft caramel, blackberry jam and subtle spice all leading to a long, sweet and perfectly balanced finish.
