Nose: Much going on. An immediate hit of benzaldehyde and toasted oak, which then settles down to sweet and salted popcorn, with a touch of rum and raisin fudge.

Taste: The influence of cask and distillate are well-balanced here. So soft and creamy. Coconut ice cream and some really mellow vanilla custard notes. There are some very nice spices present too, specifically nutmeg and ginger
