Caorunn Gin Bottling Note
A small batch Scottish gin from the Balmenach distillery in Speyside. Caorunn (pronounced ka-roon), made with a combination of traditional and handpicked botanicals including rowan berry, heather, coul blush apple and dandelion.
Caorunn Raspberry Gin Bottling Note
It's Caorunn's first ever flavoured expression - and it's a good'un. A sumptuously summery serve, Caorunn Raspberry Gin infuses Perthshire raspberries alongside the usual 11 other botanicals from the Original gin,åÊFear not, it may be lacking in the bright colour you often see with flavoured gins, but it's certainly not lacking in juicy flavour. It's a stunner served simply with tonic, or perhaps with lemonade for a sweeter seasonal serve. Garnish with raspberries, of course.
Caorunn Highland Strength Bottling Note
Caorunn gin hails from the Scottish highlands, so it's no wonder the strongest expression in the range was dubbed Highland Strength - standing at a robust 54% ABV. It's produced at the Balmenach Distillery, and sees five locally foraged Celtic botanicals and six traditional botanicals infused into the spirit including rowan berry, heather, coul blush apple and dandelion.
