Adam Elmegirab's House of Botanicals. Maple gin dates back over 100 years, when it was produced by the Buffalo Distilling company in New York. Adam has modernised the recipe, basing it on his classic Old Tom gin but with a touch of maple syrup added at the end as an alternative sweetener.
